Car Cleaning With Water Restrictions?

Hi all.

I have a council letter saying I can wash my car with a pressure cleaner from a bucket.

I know you can get cleaners that can do this but I am wondering what ingenious devices people have come up with?

I was thinking a backpack arrangement either 12v electric or petrol driven maybe.

Hmmmm...

I had this one in Uk yrs ago.. before it was swamped..

There was no reg against filling the bucket from the outside tap, so... bucket under tap, hose to Hi-press cleaner from inside bucket.... So, there was no hose directly connected to mains water supply.

Man can them things empty a bucket quickly.... so turn tap on, and there it was, no probs, and using Hi-press cleaner..!!

Clean car..!!

you could also hook em up to a catchment tank for more water. i have a couple mini barrels i use at home for catchment. probs a good idea to put some filter in place in case things get through to clog up the pressure gun.
