I've got 20" AMEs on my car

just because they are big doesn't mean they are shit

my rims are made in japan, they have 3 piece construction, lighter than most 17" rims ive lifted

I've hit shit loads of pot holes and only time i buckled one was cause i was driving to the tyre shop with a flat (had no other way to get there)

thanks to the 3 piece design I'm going 20x11 at the rear once the new outers arrive from the US

Exactly! My 19" rays will weigh much less than most of the crap 17" wheels you can get from most wheel shops here in Aus. Being forged, they're lighter and stronger.

Looks in one thing, if thats what you want, but to say bigger than 18" is shit, is utter rubish. Yes, they'll be heavier than the same rim in a smaller size, but I'd take a high end Rays/AME/BBS 19" wheel over 17/18 rubbish like Lenso/Koya etc any day of the week.

Do a search and find out how many people have bent high end rims such as these.
