The whole map from 500rpm to 7000rpm has been mapped from the little amount of vacume that this engine gets to full throttle.

Power runs is the next step from here to map the rest of the car and clean up.

Should only be a hour dyno work + 15 mins on the street to get it right. I am not in a hurry with this car. If it takes longer then so be it.

how much vaccum at idleand how much vaccum at cruising at say 100kmh?

its a bullseye power S372R. (borg warner/shwitzer)

Holy crap thats a big turbo... :)

The last time I saw one that big was on ESP's Supra and it made 961rwkw (1,287rwhp).

What sort of peak power figure are you predicting?

Enough to "chirp 2nd" LOL :)

The one on the ESP Supra is off an 18L Cummins truck engine, its obviously been modified, but Daniel is pretty protective of what exactly he has had done to it.

I'll be happy with my new GT30/76R for a while (mini Twoogle) :).

i cannot remember exactly.. but it idles at 100kpa and it cruises at 100ks a hour at probly 60 70kpa??

will check again on weekend

100kpa absolute, your not kidding there is no vacuum

yeah she's certainly no Dyson Cyclonic.

You should try driving it without hardly any vacuum assist for the brakes...its a bit of a handfull to pull up...or should that be legfull?.
