i've made my stock rb20 turbo go bang,

not cos it's thrashed, just a bit old i guess

basically, looking to *maybe* upgrade, don't want anything too big cos it is afterall a DE+T so don't need to make huge power from the turbo, can anyone suggest cost effective YET PRACTICAL solutuions?

one option is a new KKR430 turbo (rated at 430HP) that we can get you for $825. add $140 for a dump pipe to match to make it a bolt on upgrade.

get a std 33 turbo. they go well on a rb20 and a cheap straight forward no messing around upgrade.

Yep thats true. Thats what I was going to do, but I'm going for a big setup now..

Buy mine, I will do you a good price if you need delivery. There good for about 190rwkw with supporting modifications..

Link to my for sale thread, PM me if your keen.

what they said - second hand RB25 turbo.

Gives the RB20 a little kick in the pants.

Would be interesting to see one on a NA rb20 - can you post your results when you get them, and the rest of your mods?
