hey guys just wondering if u can help me out i have searched and found nuthing and if u know of a thread containing this imfomation point me towards it but if not ur help would be great, ok so im slowly building a rb30det and will be using spool forged rods with froged cp pistons 20th over and acl race bearings, now i would like sum sugestions in the likes of getting sumone to machine and build the bottom end for me i have oil restrictors fitted already and have a crank collar to be fitted by machinest (undecided yet) and the crank also has a little bit of surface rust on a couple of the journals i think they are called excuse the spelling. will that just be able to be linished off its only on the surface not like ruff or nything. so any engine builder u have used and recomend in the QLD area would be nice to hear about.

Hi Mate,

I use and recommend Brad from G&A mechanical in Sumner park, hes actualy building a RB30DET at the moment expected to be running today, you can see his details in my SIG.

firstly, there's a dedicated QLD sedction which might yeild better results..

now there's 2 people i would recommend

first is a person on the forums, his username is 3lit3_32 his name is daniel. shoot him a PM he is a gun

secondly is Mercury Motorsport. they are in newmarket. Trent (the owner) as an R32 with an rb30det in it that he drifts in competitions with so i'm sure he knows how to build one or has the resources to point you in the right direction anyway. check them out at www.mercurymotorsport.com.au
