Sports car rentals.

I have the orange gallardo in my driveway at the moment, and do alot of work for them.

They had a near new porka crashed a couple of weeks back in the national park and a brand new Aston in a ditch along old pac months ago, that's why the minis try and keep a tightish reign on the drivers.

People don't understand or even consider the cost to repair one if you do happen to damage it.

I actually did a Drive day with them the other week - thoroughly enjoyable, no Mini's as one driver couldn't make it.

What is wrong with the Gallardo? Noticed a few rust bubbles and minor imperfections when we were driving it.

Lambo is back with SCR now. Was in for regular maintance and an oil leak that has been a nightmare to chase down.

Was leaking from a locating pin on the dry sump tank and was filling the rear chassis rails.

It's doing a lease day at Wakefield park Saturday week, so will be back for a once over before that day.

The body is actually all aluminum, it's got some corrosion coming through in a few areas which is apparently common for them.

Ah that must have been the cause for the "check engine" light we saw on the dash that the lead driver told us not to worry about :P

Negative, Corosion anywhere other than around some of the brake callipers is NOT normal. Who said otherwise????

A guy that lives in my parents street has a White 458.

Drives it all the time. I have to admit I'm a Lamborghini man but those 458's are by far the sexiest car Ferrari have produced!!! Yum yum

If he is a young Arab looking bloke it would be the car I followed to work one day last week. Going North bound on Homebush Bay Dr and turned left just before IKEA.

Tough sounding car :)

You'd think to move from Greenacre before spending on a car though...

^ ^ ^ Looks like it...

Matt followed them into...

Further up Point St, waiting at a set of lights, a young couple looked at this parade of supercars > he pointed towards Matt's car and said, "I'd prefer that!" > She said, "Yeah, definitely."

Yay for the 740iL ! ! !

My brother spotted a Red 458, Orange Gallardo and a white Lambo Gallardo plates 66W all at Star Valet Parking on Friday night and I saw that White Lambo 66W and the white 458 with the young Lebo driver at Brighton on Monday...

Redbook says $789K for the Aventador, that's excluding on roads and options!

When we followed them into the valet area they got out and swapped drivers and quickly left again. Given that, and also that the two cars are so rare, it's possible they're owned by the casino (or someone associated with the Star) and they were loaned to some high rollers

That was definitely strange.

    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
    • Wasn't there a thread on this very subject just a few weeks ago?
    • Hi all! Looking to relocate the battery to the trunk of an R34 GTT. I want to do it using as many stock GTR components as I can (including the harness protectors from the 34 GTR that run underneath along the chassis to the engine bay). So far I’ve purchased the battery tray from a 33 GTR, as the captive weld nuts are already there just asking to be used. There is also the slight issue of now having to relocate the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU, which in GTT’s sits right above where the battery will then sit on the tray. Has anyone already achieved this, and if you have any pics that you wouldn’t mind sharing? It would be great to see how others have done it and where you put them, as there are countless holes in the parcel shelf panel to potentially use. Just trying to get some ideas bounced around, and to help uncover any potential problems I may encounter by  my choice of location. TIA for any help!
    • Brand was ard.   I also threw a brand new battery at it and beefed up the wire from the alternator to battery and added an extra earthing point from the battery
