New Offer For Air

Spoke to Bill Russo (City Dismantlers) and he has offered Bob Jane a deal including previous court legal costs for AIR. The offer is for $5mil.

He is expecting a reply within 2 weeks. Lets hope Bob the old fart takes accepts the offer so that Adelaide will finnally get AIR back.

Last I heard gave me the feeling he just doesn't want to sell it, but we shall see, also the previous court case seemed to highlight he wasn't all in the wrong, some slimey developer mucking about was at issue, so don't go TOO hard on the old fella...

+1 what Chops said - it actually was not so much BJs fault at all .... BUT he should either spend a shitload of money on the track, digital signboards, infrastructure, etc etc, or sell it to someone like Bill who actually wants to pour money into it and bring Adelaide back to the once mighty drag town it was.
