Air Bag Steering Wheels

Hi,

Got a R33 Series 2 GTST which of course has a air bag in the wheel. and here in SA ( not sure about other states ) you cant change a steering wheel with an air bag to a non air bag type.

Do any after market wheels have air bags in them? Or am i stuck woth the standered wheel?

Has anyone got them recovered etc? How did it turn out etc and what did it cost? Pics?

When I think of aftermarket steering wheels with airbags, the only one I can think of is the TRD one.

Pretty sure MOMO do airbag wheels though they do them for manufacturers, think u can get them in certain subies. dunno if they do aftermarket ones with airbags

You can get Nissan optioned Momo wheels

Find them on yahoo auctions

Normally sell between 25000-35000yen

You will need to get the specific one for a r33, as they all look the same, but the airbag plugs varies between nissan cars

i have the one on the left its hot as i love it, 25-35000 yen what abouts is that in aus?? just curious what they're worth as mine came with the car

roughly $250 - 300, probably a bit more though, yen is good atm

gee is that all, thats cheep as you cant get really good standard ones for that cheap, and if they come with an airbag too gee thats cheap as shit cause airbags are expencive
