I don't know what it is, but I think it's a load of shit. It could work, it couldn't. I wouldn't waste my money on something like that to save fuel. I'd rather change my fuel filter, oxygen sensor or something.

This sounds something like that $15 chip that could give you an extra 15hp at the wheels.
