I got absolutely nothing and its a week past the last ETA
Today marked the 5 month mark for this.

Excitement has 100% disappeared now

I gather that some RAWS/DOTARS staff may have been hauled across for legislation purposes. Grrrrr

Worst part of the whole thing is that there is a high chance that work will be shipping me off to NZ for 2 months in the next 3 weeks.

So IF it does happen in the next 3 weeks then I might have to wait another 2 months before I get to enjoy it.

I'm in Japan now, back next week. I got my parents to call the compliance shop and he reckoned it should be ready to pick up this Friday. Why do I get the feeling it's not going to happen!

They have given me every excuse under the sun why it has taken this long.

Is it inappropriate to ask the compliance shop for a discount?

I'm really finding this more and more of a problem. I think I am going to contact dotars about my options. I am also wondering if another workshop can just do it now? I am skeptical if the workshop has even sent the paper work off?

Have been told just then that my car is ready to be picked up, although will need to be plated next week before i can rego. My car isnt on the dotars vin search but my compliance shop reckons its all official on his system!

Seems like they might be pumping some plates out now though. A few cars all coming thru at once.
