Hicas Light, No Power Steering

hopefully im posting in the right section, my dad is driving my skyline 93 r33 GTST Auto and the HICAS light just lit up and the power steering has gone. Is HICAS 4 wheel steer because my car doesnt have it, just a slight dilemma lol any help would be appreciated.

The first 2 things I'd be checking are that the power steering belt hasn't snapped, and the fluid level.

Rule out the basic things first.

Belts good, fluid is good too,

Fixed it, i done the diagnostics check by turning the wheel left right five times, pressed the brake five times pressed the brake down and left it down the sixth time put it into drive and rolled five metres then stopped and the hicas light turned off and the power steering came back.. There hasnt been a glitch since.
