What Is This Kit

hey guys im looking for a kit or something new to spruse up my 32 and i found this gtr and was curious to wat kit is this? it sorta looks like the stock front bar but wat are the skirts? really want to find out where/how much this kit is if anyone has any ideas please help..

Seeing that it is Bodyform's car, it may be a custom job?

The front bar looks sort of like the standard front bar with an AbFlug diffuser, with a style of canard that I have seen on certain cars in Japan (Garage Defend maybe?)
