R32 Gtr Door Window Issue

when the window is wound down any amount and the door is closed it makes a massive sound.

it sounds like the window is bumping against the door?

How do i fix this

What i can make of it maybe something is loose inside holding the window. Your best of pulling the trim of the door and having a closer look to see what the issue is.

It isn't build quality it is old age. If you look up the manual, oh fk it here it is. Shown is how you adjust it to get rid of the rattles.
