it's the same as a 20det box, not a 25det box. But yes, the engine will bolt up to it.

As Bad Hair said the 25DE box is the same as a 20DET not 25DET. If someone is telling you that the DE box is as strong as the DET walk away.

Everything will bolt up not a problem but remember that once you start doing mods (if your planning on it) then the drivetrain wont take too much abuse before it lets go
