Has anyone here had insurance with RYNO and have had to lodge a claim? Please assist with any feedback that you have had as it could save someone hassle in the future.

I had my car broken into last week and sent the car to repairer. All the paperwork has been submiited and now they say that the claim could take up to 4-6 weeks? Is this for real? Has anyone had the same experience? I am seriously hoping that this is a mis communication. Will call tomorrow when they are open. Please get back to me if you have had any experience?

Hi, I have three cars with RYNO (A package deal) The only claim i have made was for a windscreen. One phone call, very easy. I thought renewal time would be interesting, but all was ok .no increase and no new conditions. What reasons have they given you for the delay? Hope all goes ok.
