The only different mode's you may need are different boost levels, most of my clients run the turbo tech single stage boost control which has only the one boost, and if less boost (power) is needed they simply use less throttle :P

Interesting :D I have the turbotech also and i was curious that if i wanted to change boost settings manually, how the heck would my remap/piggyback adjust the AFR to the new levels? Otherwise i'd run lean/rich!

is the factory ecu programable to use Z32 or Q45 AFM?

yes they are. SR20 / VG30 guys do this all the time. Note that Q45 will max out before Z32 even though bigger diameter. One of our customers compared the two

Is there an advantage to having a Z32 AFM with my stock turbo/ECU setup?
