Small Dents

HEy,

I have a couple small dents i want fixed. one on my roof another on the door i think.

Anyone used anyone good in adeliade? That did a good job and resonalby cheap? I mean i could go through the yellow pages but nothing to say if there good or not!

My parents had some dents removed from their honda civic (BIG door dings) by Langley Motor bodies (at St Mary's) a few years ago. Fixed them up so couldnt see they were ever there without need for paint. Cost was about $300 for 2 dents from memory, but it would depend where they are and what interior trim needs to be removed to get to them.

Otherwise most panel shops should be able to do it, but with varying degrees of success i'm sure.

How big are they exactly? We have a few different dent pullers for sale at ISC, works with suction etc.

ones a dent made by another door and the other on the roof could be a hail stone or something...

but i had some dents on the front of our commodore and they fixed it,

they do use bog for larger stuff though

Adz: As long as the paint isn't damaged (ie. not scratched at all) they should be able to remove it without any need for bog etc. Go see some reputable panel beaters and they should do it.

I've had some quotes from Chips Away and they are no cheaper, the only difference is they come to you. I know I would rather my car go to a workshop where they have ALL the tools etc required.

chips away will fill in the dent then repaint so it won't be the cheapest option.

we use dent masters at work for these types of dents -- he is cheap but we get him at a lower price due to the volume of work

There is also a mob called Paintless Dent Removal. They come to you i think, about $60 for the first dent and then $30 for others. Not 100% on the prices but give them a call. Did good work on my mates S6 RX7
