Passenger Door Wont Open!

hi guys, my passenger door wont unlock and open. i pull the handle up but the latch for that connects on the door wont "unlatch".

i ripped open the inner trim and i yanked on the rods that connect up to the handles to the latch and after a few strong and fast tugs on the rods :S the latch finally opened and unlocked the door. i sprayed WD-40 to lubricate but its doing nothing. Wen u unlock the passenger using the drivers lock/unlock (central locking) u here the normal noises coming from the passenger side except for the last bit wheres theres a rattle sound coming from the door. its a sound like if theres something trying to pull but its stuck and stays there.

help me before i explode...

oh and just now after we opened the door, we locked the latch so see if we could notice anything wrong. BUT NOW WE CANT OPEN IT AGAIN!!!!!

can anyone help me or does someone know where i can take my 33 to pay someone to fix it.

33's are always being wrecked for bits in the forsale section. Maybe if some lives near you, you can buy a whole door and transfer all the parts over. That's what I'd do anyway.

The solenoid usually piggy-backs the locking mechanisms. Did you check that it was working properly before you put it all back together?

And did you try using the key to unlock it?
