Was standing right at the spot when it tore up. It made me sick to watch it, i couldnt believe it when they announced he was ok.

What a fiery night it was. Old work aquaintence Kim petterwood threw a rod through the block in his top doorslammer and went spinning out of control in a huge fireball right down the deep end then another top fueler burst in to a huge fireball right in front of us.

All the action was down the speed trap end of the strip for sure. Some very expensive mishaps but fortunately noone was hurt.
