Thank you, guys.

I already have DVD map disks in Xanavi format for Japan, USA and Europe. As I can see, NISSAN has not such disk for Australia.

If I'm right, map conversion procedure may become more complicated but anyway we still able to do it.

Regards,

Fedor.

would be great to get New Zealand maps as well as there's a growing market for them here methinks

What about Toyota for Australian market? Most of Toyota/Lexus units have maps in KIWI format. This format is well known and taking this format as source one seems to be not so complex vs any other proprietary format.

What do you think?

Fedor.

Hey my Dad has an ML55 Merc with the SatNav Has to have the DVD-ROM I think....will this work?

P.S. Her name is Helga...my Dad's a sick bastard.

Huh... I've been out for a few days... :-)) May be they can post U a demo to rapidshare? Just to try it.

Sorry, but it is illegal. We can't distribute this software because we haven't copyright for it.

If someone can reach Andrey - we can teach him how to update firmware.

Hi Fedor

Is this something you can teach me to do as I can try it on my own car?

Cheers

Andy

Hi Andy,

I mean guy with nick "And". -)

We have some mutual agreements with him, but he is far away from Sydney.

Please give me an e-mail to discuss what I can do for you, OK?

Cheers,

Fedor.

I'm not familiar with MB systems.

Can you show directory structure for that disk?

Dunno! I'll have it on Friday...Can send it to someone(it's a boomarang though) to have a look...or do I just put it into my PC/MAC and that will show me the directory structure? I will take snapshot's and post if this is so.

P.S. Corrected my statement above....makes sense now.

Snapshot would be enough. At the moment I want to see a file structure of the disk.

You could order a standard airbox from Nissan.

would it share an airbox with any other model, say a 350Z, Maxima, Pathfinder/Navara, Patrol, Murano? perhaps one of those would be a match and you might find one at a wrecker.

I believe the ones of teh V35 Skylines are one and the same, not sure if there are any V35's at the wreckers yet....
