R34 Sedan Gt-t

Hey,has anyone ever heard of a slight noise in an r34 turbo auto when its under load,off boost,changing from 3rd to 4th/over drive,accelerating or slow/low speed? like a whining noise(blower/supercharger)

I mean, I do drive a manual, but I can't think of why the auto would make excessive noise like what you've describe..

What sorta noise is it making??

Similar to a belt drive,it whines,usually in forth etc...

I think i know the noise your talking about, I have only had my 34 sedan for a couple of weeks so i put it down to tyre noise, but i'll have more of a listen.

How many KM's yours got?

Yeah? It's done fifty,it's weird,it always sounds like the auto to me,certain speeds & or revs...

does that in my r32 sedan auto, i thought it was tyre noise too, my trans is about it pack it in aswell, maybe check trans fliud

Maybe,a mechanic listened to it & told me not to worry.has anyone fitted a front mount to a 34,if so,advice,pix etc would be great,thanks

could be your clutch fan. my 33 sedan auto has a whining/whirring sound at certain revs. at first i thought it was the auto, but now im thinking it could be the clutch fan. ive been told the clutch locks up in them and the fan tries to spin at the same rpm as the engine.

i'll let you know how i go with mine
