my plate's clean, I just checked, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was there I get easily frustrated with putzes doing 20kays under the limit when i'm in a hurry to get to work (which is every day) lol

ahah nah i wasnt referring to this ongoing joke of franjies on peoples car. As byto's mentioned, theres a car with 'PETALS' as a number plate.. and was referring to that car.
