You have to put in the description, price, location, and condition of the item or the Mods will shut your ad down or ban you if you continue to post for sale threads with no details.

If you want people to take your sale seriously, I'd suggest pictures with date stamps (or todays paper next to the item) and a contact number as you only joint SAU yesterday and only have 3 posts.
