surely it'd be easier & cheaper to just buy a GTR...

I guess some people started off not being able to afford the GTR and then purchased a GTS-4 or something and then converted it to a 'fake' GTR over time.

You can tell externally by the side indicators (between front wheel arch and door).

33 GTR indicators are smaller and stick out a little bit from the chasis; whereas 33gtst indicators are longer and dont stick out.

if you can't tell from the guards front and rear, maybe don't get a GTR.

it's pretty obvious which is a GTR which is a GTSt in terms of fatness...
