Fuel Pressures?

Background info first: I have an RB20DET with FMIC, AVCR, Full exhaust KKR430 turbo and a few other bits. I had a SARD FPR sitting around from my old car and want to get the most out of the current setup without changing injectors.

I fitted the adjustable fuel pressure reg today and was wondering what kind of fuel pressures any of the tuners out there set them to as to get the most out of the standard injectors? What is the max pressure it should be set to whilst tuning? Thank you all for your help.

So no one has an aftermarket fuel pressure reg??? Come on, some of the tuners out there must be able to answer my question.

I have a GTR running 280ltr pump to 1000cc injectors and pretty sure mine is set to around 4bar. I haven't got a guage to check it at the moment though. Next on the list

Be carefull as the pressure can either lean out or richen your mixture. I also thought standard fuel pressure was around 2 - 2.5bar. Need to check the manual really.

Yeah, standard fuel pressure is 2.5bar on idle according to the manual, it will be set up on a dyno so I am not worried about mixtures, I will be able to see all that, just wondering what people have set theirs to and what the most you can go up to before anything starts leaking.

A fpr can really only be setup to make the most of the injectors if you are using an aftermarket computer, as increasing the pressure will make it run rich at all load points.
