Do I Need An Eids If I Have An Aftermarket Ecu?

hi, i have an R33 rb25t and i have put an atmo bov on the crossover and my car is ideling high and ruff and running a little poor as expected to happen using a atmo bov, now... question... would i need to buy an EIDS (electronic idling stabilizer ) or will it be able to be tuned out using my Microtech LT-8 ECU, which i believe controls my fuel and ignition. cheers 4drftn

Should be able to be tuned out, especially on a map sensored ecu

^^^ WHat he said. If you remove get rid of the AFM you should be able to vent until your heart is content!
