Sorry to bring this up again, but from where did you order them? I can't find anyone who either lists them or is willing to admit they can supply them...

through a friend in japan. i can give you the part numbers when i'm back in syd, but if that still doesn't help i don't mind ordering for you.

I have asked Nengun to find out for me. Hopefully they will have a positive answer some time soon.

If anyone wants some dead DBA rotors well here are some I prepared earlier. Amongst this pile of sh!t are a couple of old stock Nissan items. They have a heap more fins on them than the DBA's do.

Baron?

Help.

Please.

Nengun couldn't bother their arses to answer my question about hatted rear rotors for 32/33/34s.

As stated throughout the thread:

You cannot buy rear, hatted rotors from DBA to suit an R32/33 GT-R.

Even if you could you may not want to.

Even if you did want to why would you pay full price from Repco?

i dont pay full price....

10-4 big buddy. will get onto it this arvo.

just remind me, you want project Mu SCR pro, rear 3 piece rotors for BCNR33 brembos? or still BNR32 sumitomos?

R32 Rear. Mu SCR Pro (or someones equivalent ie hatted rotor. I think Biot do them. Not sure about Endless). To suit Brembos. Which I take to be the same as the 33's setup anyway. :D

I will be ditching the Sumitomo gheyness for something more substantial. Although for now I have to run them. Here are the front SCR Pro rotors I bought a little while ago. Will give them a proper try mid next month.

so it's R32 rear, with brembo calipers right?

endless do make them but they are crazy money. probably about $1500 a set once posted to aus.

Biot do too but again not too cheap, and if getting them may as well get the offset kit which comes with caliper adapters and a larger rotor

the project mu's are the only real viable option. rears are always expensive though as they have that big steel insert for the drum brakes.

All good info, thanks Baron.

As an aside I was less than blown away by the weight savings from the front hatted rotors relative to the DBA/RDA rubbish I used before hand. I was only 3kgs total. But then again the Project Mu stuff had slightly more substantial cooling vanes than the others which only really have pillars.

I wouldn't reckon the rears would be as large a difference.

Project Mu SCR Pro, rear, GTR brembo. P/N GPRN012

Cost approx $900 a pair delivered (just rough off the top of my head). That part number was for 34 brembo, but afaik there is no difference in the drums or anything between 33 brembo rears and 34 brembo rears. HTH.
