R33 S2 Front Bumper Question

hey guys, i have a 96 S2 33 and i have seen a different factory bumper on s2's, is this just a add on lip or a completely different bumper ?

also, can anyone give me an idea of how much it costs to fit a muffler with mandrel piping etc from the cat back (i have my own muffler to be fitted, just need an idea of the price for the piping, labour etc)

its a factory nismo lip but you can but fibreglass copies as well... this pic was from carmate.

Probably looking at 250 - 450 for mandrel bends from cat back in mild steel..... stainless would be more.

Sometimes it better to buy a 2nd hand one online or ebay.
