I've got a bit of a niggling issue with the rear indicator lense on my R-33. As you can see from the photo attached they are full of dirt and shit and they leak water slightly, it was like this when I bought it, I have tried removing them but can't seem to get it and I'm a bit scared to force it because I will probably break it. I can get the whole tail-light assembly out fine but does anyone know how to get the indicator lense off so I can get all the dirt out and reseal it properly?

Resealing shouldn't be much of an issue, my problem is getting the dirt and mess that's already got in there out, by completely removing the indicator cover. That's where my problem is...

Oh okay, I didn't realise you were talking about taking the dirt out of the indicator part only. I would've thought that the whole light will come out, but I'll leave this to someone who's done this before to answer.

The light assembly is held in by a few screws, they aren't an issue. Sealing and REALLY holding the tail light in is silicon, you need to scrape it out.

Once thats all done, gently knock the central supporting bolt with a mallet to loosen it up. It should be out after that.

I tried, it's hard and a real b**ch.

I'll try and find the link.

EDIT: sorry just read the end of the first post. I don't know how to get the indicator out.
