theres pictures and an exploded diagram of the OS crossflow head in a book called 'how to modify your nissan and datsun ohc engine

Yep on page 59 and 60. It's the OS Giken TC24 twin cam.

The LY Nissan single cam cross flow head is also mentioned in the book as only giving a 4% to 6% improvement over the non cross flow Nissan head.
