Sard Trigger Boost Controller Problem

Ok first if any has got the english or maybe has one of these installed could you get back to me, coz ive had it installed at this performance shop just minutes away from my house and after installing it, there was no sound coming from my external wastegate? he said that he cant go any further till he gets a proper manual in english to finish of the job, he also cant find where the hose goes?, so right now its just bolted there. heres a link below which shows a diagram with a little english on it.

*note* i had this purchase second hand and im not sure what boost the recent guy had it set
