Apparently if you get some grease on the pivot ball this will fix the problem. I've got the same problem on my R33, going to put some grease on it tomorrow night.

I sprayed WD40 in the hole next to the slave cylinder. Squeak gone! It's easy and takes 1min.

Under the car, from the driver's side, look at the gearbox and you'll see a hole that you can finger (don't get carried away while you're down there :P ). Just put some lube in it (WD is easiest but won't last as long as grease) and see how it goes.
