I dunno if you could really put a price on a Nismo Edition 32 GTR. Im sure if you post up some numbers if you have found one Nissan Fast should be able to tell us if it is a nismo edition.

Also if you need more info on what makes it a nismo edition you can check out this thread here http://www.gtrnation.com/forums/showthread.php?p=15

I am just feed up with people who want a gtr..but has to be Nismo V spec. or V pec2 ffs.

Firstly..if you had a nismo gtr32 it would be valued more than a gtr32V spec in good condition..expect to pay 35K

So stop dreaming and buy a gtr32(stock)..any spec

By the time you finish with it..it will have cost you more than 40K..but you will have confidence in it.

If I was looking for investment R32 I would pick up a Nismo edition over a Vspec or Vspec II due to production numbers but if you are looking for a daily then as GTR33 said just pick up a well looked after GTR of any spec if you can find one.

Vin for R32 Nismo run from 10000 - 100560, there were 560 built with 50 going for race cars. V Spec had 1453 made and V Spec II had 1303 made.

Latest Japanese prices in YEN for the Nismo are between 3,500,000 - 4,500,000 yen, V Spec 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 and the V Spec II 2,500,000 - 3,500,000. This info came from Vol. 120 Hyper Rev GTR magazine I picked up in Japan a couple months ago.

I suppose any of these editions will be collectable if you can afford it, and considering there were 40,390 R32 GTR's built the limited edition models are well worth it.

Yes, the car in the add has the right numbers 100394. The mag is a Japanese language publication. Just remember the prices quoted are for cars in excellent condition and usually have under 50,000km. I've seen V spec and V spec II car for sale in Japan for only 1,200,000 yen. Is the car in the add yours? If it is, congratulations!

I did some searching on them i think they had a standard rb26 in them not the n1 version do know if that is correct?

to be honest I don't think the nismo editions are worth much more than a regular GTR. V Spec and V spec II are but I have seen quite a few nismo edition GTRs go for the same money as regular GTR. and sadly like many 1990 GTRs a lot of the nismo edition ones I have seen were in terrible condition. I would much rather a nice condition 1993 or 1994 regular GTR, or a V spec/II over a 90 nismo edition.

I know that is the case but thet will be worth something one day because of the limited run of them do you know any specs of the nismo edition? because i have a shell that i think is one

it will only ever be 'worth something one day' if it shows the following:

owner history and service history and log books.

car in original condition (factory wheels, exhaust, interior everything.)

car in good condition (no major body repair or restoration)

any of the original nismo options still in place

I would agree yes if it has all that it will be worth some decent money in the future, and probably more money than a comparable non-nismo GTR. but I've never seen one in that condition and unless they are in that condition they are not really worth any more than any other GTR. as a bare shell they are definitely not worth any more.

Yes that is all true but even for just the fact that there was 40k normal gtrs built it has to have some credit in the future fo some value. Might not get the same value as a decent 1 but still is differnt to the norm.

They had the standard rb26 in them??

trust me, unless it's mint, and has history and is in original condition it would be worth about $1000 more than a comparable condition regular GTR. and as a bare shell it's worth no more than any other shell. and yes they had a standard RB26.

Yes, the Nismo had a standard RB26, there were only 228 VSpec N1's built to commemorate the entry of a R32GTR in the 24H Nurburgring race in 93 or 94, I can't remember exactly.

The car will be a collectors item if, as Beer Baron says it is in original spec and good condition. Also I found Aussie prices for cars and Japanese prices for cars can differ a lot, so even if you can rebuild the car to original condition keep it for a few years then try to sell it back in Japan, I think you'll get more money for it.
