Use the RB20DET Gearbox until it blows if you currently have it if not save a few extra $$ and get the RB25DET Gearbox. A lot stronger and won't blow if you stick some decent tyres behind it.

If you have 200rwkw and stick some wide grippy tyres behind the RB20DET Gearbox it will blow.

With regards to good aftermarket tuning parts for the RB25.

That is left up to your own knowledge.

Search and read plenty of info regarding ecu's, turbo combinations, injectors etc for the RB25DET on this forum and www.skylinesdownunder.com and come to your own conclusion based one what power level you are after.

Head over to neugen or the greenline performance web sites and purchase what you need.

You could leave it up to a tuning shop in the US but the chances are after you have read and understood the information from these forums you will have better knowledge of what turbo, ecu etc will best suit the power level you are after.

Back to the RB25DET gearbox.. Thats a little tricky I would source the gearbox from where you have sourced the engine as in AUS I can drive 15 minutes down the road and pick up a RB25DET gearbox. Generally they are around the $1700AUS mark. An RB20DET gearbox is around $550AUS but a lot weaker and as soon as you pump over 200rwkw with a decent set of grippy tyres on it will die.

I havn't got Neugens www site but I have Greenlines web site..
