Series 2 Box In A Series 1 R33 Gtst, Is This Causing Speedo Problems For Me?

Hey guys, i recently converted from auto to manual in my series 1 r33 gtst, and used a manual r33 rb25det series 2 box, is the speed sender on the series 2 different to that of the series 1?i still running the series 1 ecu,im just looking at all the options, and thought this could be one of them?if the senders are different, will i be able to just replace with series 1 rb25det sender and get it to work?

i don't think there is a difference. the ecu is pretty much the same (i used a series 1 ecu on a series 2 motor and it worked fine). i think the only place you may run into troubles is that (i think) the diff ratios are different between the auto and manual so it will read wrong.

got a cluster on order, so will try that, its a manual gtst cluster btw.
