hi,

I know that many people in AU use ACL bearings. But ACL makes sets of bearings of STD size only -- instead of several grades for STD crank which Nissan engine manual recommends.

Nissan has 3 grades for standard size crank conrod bearings (STD0,1,2) and more -- for main bearings (5 grade for rb25 and 7 grades for rb26). The selection of bearings is made based on the numbers printed on the crank, block and conrods.

For example -- Power Enterprize "Black Metal" bearings have this grades too. But ACL -- no grades... Or i don`t know how to order it right.

Is it possible to make such a selection with ACL bearings? If no -- then how is it possible to make the right oil clearances in bearings?

Thx.
