the first guy who got one... and possibly have a radiator fetish that i just found out about wrote this about them

"Yep, and all going well it will have it's first track test this weekend. The car was running mid/high 90 degree temps on the track previously. I am hoping to see low 90's, hot enough to keep the oil clean and cool enough to keep me happy.

Some specs on the core. They are twin core not triple, but the cores are about 10mm wider each so the same effect as three rows (maybe better, less space is wasted between rows) The fin pitch is about the same as the stock core but the tube pitch is finer. There are ten extra tubes per row.

So the tubes are about 50% bigger between the two rows as the stock core and there are 25% more tubes. They should be a significant boost in cooling."

it has mounting holes for the shroud

untill i trial fit one i cant confirm 100% but the supplier says it does

mine have all been custom fit

Oh ok thanks for that.

Let me know when you have a definite answer, as I would be keen on one as long as it sits exactly like stock radiator. :w00t:

Thanks,

Abu

ok for starters they are only 45mm thick, not 50mm. the top tanks are 50mm but the core is 45mm.

The R32 and s13 (CA only) are only 32mm thick

All radiators suit gtr and gtst models accordingly

And there is absolutley no way you cant be making money off these, we are the SA distributor for these radiators. We have them in stock too for adelaide customers and if you wanted to check quality and they wont dissapoint

I just though you should get your facts straight.

hey pete ur mate got one that will fit r31 with rb20? i havent been able 2 get any answers off anyone about which will fit but im assuming r32 one would b close?

for a r31, you use a r33 radiator

as for exact dimensions and stuff all i know is they are 50mm thick and twin core, i will measure one i have tonight so i can get my facts straight

lol

i dont make any money out of these...

anyway they are a good thing if you want one come and get them

pete

So for S13, can you get one that is the 50mm core and fits SR20det?

give us a pm. cheers mate i'll get one asap if it is :D

Bought one yesterday. They look perty. The core itself is 15mm wider than stock and everything else is bigger ie:end tanks. So about a 60% increace in water capacity over the stock radiator.

Will have a report to give on day to day driving in 1-2wks. Track report a bit later on.

    • Hey guys I’m chasing a Rb20det complete or bare block need a good running engine as mine has low comp
    • You're making my point for me. 95 is not "premium". It is a "slightly higher octane" version of the basic 91 product. The premium product that they want people to buy (for all the venal corporate reasons of making more profit, and all the possibly specious reasons of it being a "better" fuel with nicer additive packages) is the 98 octane stuff. 95 is the classic middle child. No-one wants it. No-one cares about it. It is just there, occupying a space in the product hierarchy.
    • 98 and 95 have to meet the same national fuel standards beside the actual RON.  91 has lower standards (which are quite poor really), so 95 is certainly not 91 with some octane booster. It would be an easier argument to claim 98 is just 95 with some octane boosters. Also RON doesn't specify 'quality' in any sense, only the octane number.  Anything different retailers decide or not decide to add to their 95 or 98 is arbitrary and not defined by the RON figure.
    • Anyone know alternatives to powerplus tungsten? Can't find an alternative online.
    • 95 is just a scam outright. 98 is the real "premium" with all the best detergents and other additive packages, and at least historically, used to be more dense also. 95 is just 91 bargain basement shit with a little extra octane rating. Of course, there's 91 and there's 91 also. I always (back in the 90s early 2000s) refused to put fuel in from supermarket related fuel chains on the basis that it was nasty half arsed shit imported from Indonesia. Nowadays, I suspect that there is little difference between the nasty half-arsed shit brought in by the "bargain" chains and the nasty half-arsed shit brought in by the big brands, given that most of it is coming from the same SEAsian refineries. Anyway - if there's still anything to that logic, then it would apply to 95 also. 98 is only made in decent refineries and, as I said, is usually the "premium" fuel, both in terms of octane rating and "use this because it's good for your engine because it's got the unicorn jizz in it!".
