stolen_s15
The look for mostly: pod/cooler (only one mod to intake allowed) cat convertor (you need one) boost controller (variable boost is not allowed) blow off valve (must be a plumb back) exhaust (must be under 90db) aftermarket ecu (no modification to ecu is allowed) aftermarket turbo (not allowed) Thats the main stuff, but check the thread below for more info. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t156269.html Edited October 4, 2007 by stolen_s15 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/187892-epa/#findComment-3389641 Share on other sites
GTAAAH
Yeh the boost controller is illegal, you'll have to plumb it back to standard for the EPA You should be right to pass unless you've changed the ecu Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/187892-epa/#findComment-3389646 Share on other sites
R31Nismoid
Please see the link that Nick posted above. It covers all your questions. You can always ring the EPA - They are more than happy to answer any questions about legalities. Cheers Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/187892-epa/#findComment-3389668 Share on other sites
