there will be two plugs on the transmission that take a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar. one on the side and one on the bottom. undo the side plug first, then the bottom plug and drain the fluid into a container. once the fluid has drained, replace the bottom plug.

you will need some form of pump to run from the transmission fluid into the hole on the side of the transmission which you should be able to get at Autobarn or similar. simply keep filling until the fluid begins to drip out the side of the plug hole, then replace the plug.
