Aluminium Sub Frame Bushes

after stripping my written off 33, i took the subframe off today to find all the bushes/pineapples are solid aluminium..

what benefits does this have, and what are they used for?

because it basically makes the subframe a solid part of the chassis...

Mitchy, I've put them in mine, helps lock up the rear end, makes it more predictable under power etc. Personally I love them

mine was very tail happy, but was very predictable as you said.. more stuff to flog off now.
