Check the number on the side of the RACV van.. anything that starts with a 6 is bad.. they are contractors and get payed per job rather than per hour.. and are generally hopeless

Yes there are some real knobs.. However my mums partner is a mechanic and is an RACV man.. he has helped me with my car whenever ive needed help.. He knows his shit..

Yep had it since I got my first car....only things I use it for is a flat battery in the line or for problems assoc with my wifes car. Personally I wouldn't use them for a tow for my car unless desperate and certainly wouldn't let them diagnose a problem with it.

I love total care! Covers me no matter what car I drive, even if its on a trade plate!

But usually when I need these guys its something pretty bad, so I just request a tow. Dont trust the mobile units. Would def never be without it, and I even work in the automotive industry. lol

Worthy investment as it protects YOU the driver rather than a specific plate.

Certainly come in handy over the years.
