I have 14 years good luck from poping 2 catholics and that ant no easy job its all part of the 7 year rule catholics, lesbean and female police= 7 years good luck for each one :ermm:

ROFL carl

what was teh fine

teh fully sic skidz yo

LOL yeah, i drove around a corner into an empty car park in a less than sedate manner and i created "undue noise" :ermm: then while waiting in a drive thru to get my dinner, i was greeted by a gentleman in blue who wished to have a brief conversation about my skills

he was a nice guy really, it could have been far worse

If you're in a drive thru, you're on private property and can have the fine dismissed as the officer was out of his jurisdiction giving you a fine while on private property. I would contest this in magistrates court.

Poo!

I went to fit my Slide stage 2 turbo today. I need some braided lines made up. Looks like the Stag is off the road for a while.

Good thing I have two stags then :ermm:

so, started dummying mounting positions for my amp about an hour ago.

then i noticed that my 'complete' system is not as complete as i was assured it was.

no remote volume controller for the amp.

and the amp isnt what i needed. its a mono. to power 2 subs.

i think i shall have to call jb. im quite pissed off about that.

not bad if you have a spare $1500-2000 and i dare say you still might not win, i dont think this private property is really true

I realise this and it did cross my mind to mention it, however the time and effort that i would have to go to to get a $128 fine that has no demerit points removed is not worth the headaches. Also my entrance to the carpark was not exactly textbook, so he could easily bring that up... I consider myself lucky, cos he could have easily defected me and done much worse.

Absolutely its true. If you get followed and you pull into private property, they cannot legally cite you as you're not on public roads. There have been many instances of police getting reprimanded for leaving their juridiction. Which if you're a traffic cop, is the roadways. I would only contest something in court I know I'm going to win, and that certainly would be one of them.
