When i had the corolla id leave the 33 there for a week or two then jump in it and it would remind me why i still got it, felt f*kn amazing in comparison to the corolla haha.

well mine feels far from ''amazing'' at the moment, laggy as all f**k,

im taking it to wilall racing soon, im sure its capable of more....its felt better than this.

i just dont feel simon spent much time on a quality tune.

ok those that are smart i travelled 325km and filled up with 52lt of fuel so i still had 13 lt in the tank what was my lt/100
6.25ltr/100km?? hahaha prob way off
if i read that right it was 8.3lt/100
ahh but he still had 13lt left in the tank tho adrian
14.7l/100

I get 'slightly' more than that out of 3/4 of a tank :S When is yours on the dyno for a good tune?

lol, are you guys using a calculator or an abacus cause you're all wrong and it doesn't matter how much fuel is left in the tank......see below:

By the way Steve, my calculations are useless if you didn't zero your counter immediately after your previous fill to the 52 litres.

EDIT: You can easily confirm if those calculations are correct in reverse. If you're using 16 litres for every 100km then 325km is 3.25 more, so multiply 16 by 3.25 and you get the total amount of fuel used = 52 litres.

GUMPTION works a treat at getting things off of anything like texta off of lockers off walls and 1000's of uses prolly also good for getting the grime off our headlights too

(CRoNic... @ 5 Aug 2008, 12:48 PM) *

I used Jiff ohmy.gif on my GTR last night to remove a sticker off the rear bar!

It worked quite well suprisingly. I've had this stupid sticker on there since I imported the car. It was literally randomly placed on the rear bar. Why they stuck it there, I will never know.

Jiff ftw!!

K @ H wax and grease remover is also great for that kind of thing! highly recomend it.

I was wondering what was good to use on those types of things! I had some of that Turtle bug, small baby and tar removal stuff that you can spray onto your car, but it didn't work

hahahaha very true i have ISC coils im thinking there a little stiff for adelaides pot holy roads i need proper whiteline sway bars now

every car feels like a commodore if the setup is wrong....

my 33 has HR tien coilovers, decent tread on 18's and gay strut braces and already has amazing turn in, and yes ive driven all sorts of cars to compare...Very happy the way the thing handles. Flat as and turn in like a mofo. Let the talking happen in the hills.

Cheers sled your the man and so is Sahun who rang me while i was at work :ermm:

oh yeah i always zero my ODO after paying and getting back in the car :D

never used the turtlebug stuff before.always had a can of wax and grease remover in the workshop and as far as i know is the strongest stuff you can use on your paint before you start taking it off.in the 3 years of using it iv never had an issue with it!

3.25 * 16 = negative fun

i find it 100 times easier to say how many k's ive done divide by the litres and thats how many k's you get per litre

makes it alot easier to see how much the shit is costing you.

this is too much math for a car webpage
