typevu Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 I was considering painting just the piping but photoshopped it thought it looked a bit odd so I did the whole thing heat resistant black, no primer - will black mesh off the middle section and wrap the pipes in something else black I reckon coz not sure how well the paints going to hold up on the sides there - the chrome hardly stayed shiny with rocks and bugs flying at it! Black high temperature resistance spray paint at Supercheap Auto, should also have it at Sprints or Autobarn - about $21. Even if the car can be dropped off on a saturday and moved around the back or whatever to be worked on/looked at on the monday..
