Yeah they're alright I spose...

HAHAHAHAHAH yeah I miss my old one so bad. I was hoping Aussie would take it out for some skids but so far I think I'm still the only bloke whose drifted one on Mallala, maybe even the only bloke to drive a 100 on there ever :D

LOL @ your thread on jzx100.com too, funny how things change, now I'm the dirty Nissan driver :D

i went for a hills run last night in the 31 with the roads very slippery.....was much fun. Had to bed in the bottom end bearings so yea..took it for a strap.

Dam straight Damo would rather do SAU them heroin gts4 are 4.1 because they share the same parts from the gtr i think r32 gtst is 4.3 because of the lack of torque from the rb20

Yayyy!! Finally getting my car fixxed this arvo.

New alternator - supply & fit - $200 :down:

Well i guess its better than driving it the way it is. Saturday night/sunday morning driving home was great fun.

Interior lights started to get dim first, ok not so bad, doing 80km down south rd at 4am, car was running pretty shit....then all of a sudden my headlights turned off, was pitch black :D put on the brakes, pulled over...thought ok..i'll suss the high beams. they worked, obviously not very high though...

Driving home, about 3km from my house. went to turn a corner, flicked on the indicator and my car nearly friggin stalled!!! Was like sh*t! Turned that off quickly and was like "ok now i can't indicate"...

My friggin speedo then stopped working (was going 0km apparently :huh: ) as did my RPM thingy...3 streets away from my house now, turning another corner and the car packed up and died. completely switched off :( just made it round the corner...rolled it to the curb lol and jumped it using my battery jump starter thingy.

Then decided, ok, its 4am, no cars on the road, f**k it, im driving home with no lights or indicators :P

Just made it home :D

Put it on charge overnight....drove it the next day to work - wasn't too bad. then went down to the esplanade at seaford...took some photos...and was driving home at night...car only just made it home then too. interior and headlights got majorly dull...didnt experience almost stalling or anything as bad haha.

So thank god its getting bloody fixxed! I've missed my stereo for the past week. Draws too much power :down:

stupid GTT blood test, i ended up throwing up after i had that sugar drink.

probably drank it too fast LOL.

they kept telling me i'll just feel a little sting and i'm like "don't tell me that" lol

but yaaaaaay i can eat again :D

I swear im cursed with my car... everytime i get it fixed something else breaks.. Why??? God it s__ts me.. Finally get it tuned and now one of my turbo seals is leaking and sptting oil into my exhaust and blowing smoke... damn crap... :D

that sucks. thats what was the deciding factor between r32 gtr and r34 gtt. newer parts, longer lasting, less maintenance. at least when u have fixed everything, you know its gonna be a damn reliable car.

yeha i know i dont want to sell it.. so im jus gonna get it fixed and hopefully it will be all good again

-9 for there faulty disk drive :D

was just about to play some cod4 then my screen went black and my ps3 was making a wierd noise, so i turned it off then on and it wasnt reading disks, rang around and apparently it is a "common" problem with them, so called sony and its already on its way to get fixed

10 business days tho :P

Call your local police station and ask for the number... I've called the Port Adelaide police station asking about something and they gave me the number for that regency defect epa whatever place... and you probably cant find anything because its not called "regency" thats like the name of the suburb haha the actual name is something else cant remember

      I can be grumpy!  After owning one of the first GTRs in the country, I was bitten by the nostalgia bug and started the hunt for a GTR again.  While I could have bought a car locally, I wanted to experience the search for a car in Japan and bidding at auction.  The above videos document my experience to date and hope forum members find them interesting and informative.  I was after a low mileage, completely stock car in the launch colour and am pretty stoked with what I got!

      Sounds like AFM or TPS issue. What are the voltages at the TPS like? Have you done any diagnostics other than slapping parts at it?

      All Christian was saying is that if your OP here was to dump youtube content to increase views and adsense revenue, then we take a dim view to being used like that. It's just that the apparent mode of operation matches the mode described by Christian and used by others in just the recent past. If you're hanging around and contributing, then no foul. You can be a grumpy old man with the rest of us. It may well be better suited to the importing section - but that's for you an Christian to think about (more than me to think about, anyway).
