i went for a hills run last night in the 31 with the roads very slippery.....was much fun. Had to bed in the bottom end bearings so yea..took it for a strap.

Dam straight Damo would rather do SAU them heroin gts4 are 4.1 because they share the same parts from the gtr i think r32 gtst is 4.3 because of the lack of torque from the rb20

Well sorta, because I do like the job, but what I was doing is probably grounds for sacking so if they do I'm just gonna cop it on the chin.

Hopefully they just put a note on my record and a warning that anything else comes up and I'm gone, because other then that I've been fking acing this job and it'd be nice to still be employed :)

s14 haha....i know i was having mass d&m with adam and i kept saying it was an s15 for some reason....but then i looked at the first set of pics i did with wegs (unorganised) and i had named them "s14 series II" ...so obviously i knew it was an s14.,...but for some reason had s15 in my head. weird shit haha.

has that boy caught up with ya yet???

he gets to see me in a pirate costume :) - got my final day of year12 at school tomoz....well final half a day - then got some weird BBQ thing, later that night where all the year12's go back to school dressed up in costumes. should be maaaadddd haha

he used to always wanna do somethin, pub, cruise, bay, even stay at mine and watch footy or somethin

but i have heard SFA from him the last couple weeks, doesnt even return my msgs in regards to going out tomorrow night,

Nahhh you can actually have him tomorrow night if you want. Shouldn't be greedy seeming as i am seeing him sat night aswell :D

      is it common on RB25det motors that the exhaust manifold nuts become loose overtime? I was inspecting some stuff and noticed that a couple of nuts were so loose that I could literally turn it by hand. Everything is stock on exhaust side unless when they installed the dump pipe they had to remove the manifold for whatever reason. I'm surprised the boost leak didn't show up on the test lol.

      Haha watch Alex's eye twitch when you mention Nistune to him in person lol. He's not a fan, then again it's quite a niche product. I personally don't mind them, but most usually steer clear from it. Word of advice, do not ground the AFM to the chassis, there are heaps of incorrect guides on the interwebs. Send both GND on the AFM back to Sensor GND on the harness.

      That's a whole 'nother issue. Nissan ones get dirty and sticky. The coolant heats the wax pellet thingo to close the valve, so it is open when it is cold. And so if there is no coolant it just takes longer to close, because the heat has to soak all the through the inlet manifold.

      I feel like this is crazy pills though. Isn't it locked up all the time anyway? It shouldn't flare anywhere if it only unlocks momentarily while it shifts gears. And if it flares like that when shifting gears, then the 8HP with a 5500 stall is not driving as well when on the road and/or track use..
