He's a fake. He was buttering you up with all the talk, but lacked the commitment to back it up. Thats where alot of guys lose in the relationship department (and girls too). Tracy and I got on like ahouse on fire, because (a) neither of us were looking for anything at the time, and most importantly (b) we couldn't be f**ked playing "the game" and were just ourselves. What you see is what you get. Most people pretend to be something they're not, just to get to first base or all the way to the home run

I agree with SLED. Although you feel like shit now, it's better to get out of it with very little attatchment then get heavily involved only to have it happen months down the track. I've been in both of those situations and I definately prefer the former.
