Your sort of right Ben

the 33 and 34 are reprogramable but the way the data is encoded to the ROM is different so it doesnt write with the same software as the 32 so no one bothers to crack it

agreed rhys 3 spoke rims are fail

Love that GT500 kit do it Cara wide body ftw

hmmm.....nahh im not into the wide body kits much.

and, lets face it, chicks dig live readouts on the pfc hand controller.

oh hell yeah.......live readouts from my pfc hand controller ftw.

on another note.....the r34 is at the panel beater's atm getting her front bar all fixed up :P

just had a fair sketchy moment, was driving round a long sweeping corner near blakeview, and someone pulled out in front of me from a side street last second as im down changing to take a right coming up in a few seconds time, miss the rev match on the downshift, rear end locks up and swings out, back right wheel collects *something*, and the dude that caused it just tore off like nothing had happened. farken...

doesnt seem like any damage was done, some yellow paint on the sidewall, but shit, got me fair rattled for a bit.

scandy, 3 spoke rims are made of fail............ IMHO

IMHO, super advans are made of win.

just getting all the stone chips and hair line fractures fixed up on it...........the bar was just feral and the graphics didnt cover all of them chips and fractures otherwise i would have left it........

unfortunatly when the bar was resprayed last year when i had my little incident with a fence pole, the paint used was way too soft and well yeah, the way the bar was before it went in this morning was a good indication never to use soft paint ever again :P

should be all good cause Simon will be finishing of the graphics before old school n new age and she will look half decent again lol then next year will be a full car respray which is needed badly atm but i dont think Simon would be too impressed if i told him that lol

not sure if anyone has noticed but my car is about 4 different shades of white :P

i dont haz pfc, oldschool gameboy with LAN cord going from gameboy to behind the dash will have to do till the funds allow :P

scandy, 3 spoke rims are made of fail............ IMHO

:P

Sorry Scandy, but 3 spoke rims are a huge fail. Reminds me of the old HSV's cruising around with a 3 spoke affair. Looks horrible.

not a fan of kits on street cars. will probably just get a jdm navan rear bar and pods, hi spec front lip, and slam it. nice and simple. nice and fat.

and 4 grand?!? bargain! ill just browse every for sale section i can find. cool thing about everyone thinking theyre shit, no one taxes 'em up. think conrad sold a set in decent offsets for less than i bought the enkeis for.

:P

I've noticed a huge increase of posts from people saying "I bought a 32 GTR... it's white... it has the rear spoiler lip... is it a N1? The buyer told me it was a N1... so it must be a N1..."

And

"My 32 GTR has Brembo's... but has no V-Spec sticker... is it still a V-Spec?"

    • 49719 is the cooler loop. Right at the front, LHS of that diagram. Return line from rack (LP side) goes to cooler loop on RHS front of car, then back under engine and returns to bottom of tank. 49717M is feed from tank to pump. HP line out of pump is thick rubber, followed by the hard line that runs down to crossmember and runs in parallel (but opposite flow direction) to the LP return line. Nothing goes anywhere near the firewall or interior of car. The closest they get to that is the connections on the rack.
    • Thanks, plan is to drain all fluid tomorrow and do smoke test to find out the leak.   Appreciate your help and want to understand how the system work. So cooling is achieved by the long loop not any rad? The diagram seems to suggest it connects to somewhere inside the cabin and I thought that is a cooler inside firewall. If you look at the diagram it seems to show it connects to something inside firewall. I tried chasing it but not easy unless I take loads off   i am confident pump is good as fluid goes in and it gets soft( steering) but as soon as I turn engine off , loads of bubble come to surface and overflow. When engine is on , fluid level is below minimum but when off it shoots off and thinking it is sucking air in. I suspect aluminium pipe may have a crack line or whole   smoke test with no fluid should be a good start and if needed will remove the pump   In addition, the one going under the engine bay is high pressure line and one directly connecting from pump to resorvoir is return/ low pressure?   finally I searched and suggestion is to use dexron 2 but that is discontinued so bought dexron 3 as all research suggest it is compatible and shouldn’t cause any issues/ blow seals. I bought two liter of dexron 3 motul atf
    • Don't worry about. Just don't try to drive hard enough to make boost and you'll be fine.
    • Yes. This has already been said. It is a loop of hardline in front of the radiator. Because.... the pump is on the LHS and the steering rack hydraulic connections are where they always are on a RHD steering rack....on the RHS. The high pressure line goes down under the engine, along the crossmember, like it does on all Skylines. Don't just throw expensive braided hoses/other kits at it. Work out what is wrong and fix that.
    • Still got the afm on the intake, clamps are shut tight, only loose hose is the one that goes from the j pipe towards the IACV, since it's next to impossible to find a factory hose and the barbs are different sizes (I'm still using clamps on this hose to try and help it seal on the iacv side) I've ordered parts to make up the hotside of the intercooler pipes, I'll plumb it in and see what happens in a few days I suppose The turbo's internally gated, can I just unscrew the tension rod to let the gate open?
