Say, being a public holiday and all still, are they any shops open today?

Convenience stores and small supermarkets would be open today, but no department stores and the like are open AFAIK.

probably servos mostly, one I work at is open normal hours today. I got fking stomped when the dawn service finished in Littlehampton, good 50 people all rocking in at the same time and I was the only one there

Good turnout at Enfield RSL's dawn service in spite of the rain and it being a Sat... couple hundred there easily
