Import S13
Just because i drive a 31, doesn't make me poor!I've known this girl for a while, so its not exactly going to be awkward. Strand, Salsa, Gringos, Revolving Restaurant seem like good ones at the moment. i was at the strand last night with 7 other mates. was abit loud but the food was great! the woodoven pizza was f**king awsome! revolving restaurant was pretty shithouse when i went there, never been to the other 2 places Edited September 20, 2009 by Import S13 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/188416-the-sa-wasteland/page/1744/#findComment-4836403 Share on other sites
Matty 31
if you stopped spending money on the truck, might make it easier to spend money on the 31. had to set it up just how i needed it plus the weather has been more suited to spending money on my truck Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/188416-the-sa-wasteland/page/1744/#findComment-4836411 Share on other sites

RubyRS4
i need a females idea on a place to take them.Guys seem to say Mcdonalds and crazy horse.... Sebel on North Terrace will make her heart flutter. Cross the road later to the Casino to catch a band depending on the night. And Sebel is not as expensive as you'd think it was. Bombay Bicycle Club has a nice atmosphere too. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/188416-the-sa-wasteland/page/1744/#findComment-4836416 Share on other sites

Dohmar
Sebel on North Terrace will make her heart flutter. Cross the road later to the Casino to catch a band depending on the night. And Sebel is not as expensive as you'd think it was. Bombay Bicycle Club has a nice atmosphere too. bombay isnt bad but they tend to rush you if you're after some of the best indian food, in the sorta atmosphere that would make her weak at the knees, then try 'Jasmins' in Hindmarsh Square .... I've never had anything bad to say about these guys, and thats why I keep going back.. I think for $45 ea you can have a samplers menu where they bring out small portions of many things - just dont have the tindaloo if you're planning to kiss her hahaha - place also has a stupendous wine list, and the waiters are >extremely< good there - try it, you won't be disappointed by the service... for thai food, I'd recommend a place called "Khim" on Prospect Road - much cheaper than Jasmins but top quality - has a nice atmosphere to it as well for aussie themed food, try the red ochre on the torrens - our own chef stagea works there and its one of the few places that serves crocodile and kangaroo -D Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/188416-the-sa-wasteland/page/1744/#findComment-4836444 Share on other sites

skwiz
I just asked her if she is allergic to any foods, and she said no, but dislikes Indian and Thai foods. Daves idea of Escobar, with latin dancing in the background is sounding good. And the revolving restaurant, with the grand afterwards is nice also..
